Scott possesses a rare combination of deep fitness knowledge with a terrific ability to communicate that will change your perspective on fitness. A master fitness motivator and certified Kettle Bell trainer, Scott keeps the "person" in personal training and can quickly identify the most important parts of a fitness routine. Scott grew up in West Bloomfield and discovered his love for athletics as a star football player at Brother Rice High School in Birmingham, Michigan. Since his first job at Bally’s at just 18 years old, Scott always wanted to open his own fitness center and finally over 25 years later the proper situation presented itself. “I was approached by a good friend and now partner Mike Knight to partake in a boutique fitness center. It was perfect for me because finally I teach the ‘Art of Strength’ – this philosophy takes us back to when the real strong men were truly strong. These cardio vascular workouts and unique exercises such as ‘kettle bells’ and ‘ropes gone wild’ are the kind of exercises that I have been doing my whole life and that I truly believe in.” Scott’s zest for life, positive outlook, and can-do attitude has made him a local favorite amongst the strong and spirited - earning him the reputation as an "up and coming superstar.” His upbeat energy and unique ability to inspire people personifies his versatility in fitness and wellness education. His motto: “Always know what you are feeding your body.” Joining the AOS team, Scott has witnessed improved energy levels, a leaner body fat concentration and less stress and anxiety. Scott is no stranger to stress. When not teaching or training, his day job is working in the family business as a business development partner for the past 25 years. His ventures include Melody Farms, Pioneer Snacks, 944 Magazine, Port Atwater Parking and other real estate ventures owned by George Enterprises - a multinational holdings company owned by Scott and his five brothers. Scott has championed the benefits of heart health and good nutrition throughout his career and instills strength, flexibility, and endurance into each one of his clients. Scott believes that Art of Strength-West Bloomfield will re-invent the fitness industry, and this five-foot-ten inch bay-watch dynamo says this is just the beginning. Learn more about Scott West Bloomfield’s favorite fitness expert! For more than 25 years, Scott has been helping people lose weight with his motivating advice, healthy recipes, exercise tips, and now with his own training center, sky’s the limit.
