Sam Salman

Starting with the typical fitness routines of treadmills, spinning classes and weight lifting Sam Salman has been active for over 20 years but until recently hadn’t found the success to cure natural ailments like that of Kettlebell training. Suffering from time to time with migraines and acid reflux, Salman began working out with Mike Knight almost 2 years ago and immediately noticed a difference. A real estate builder at heart and COO of Apollo Companies, Salman loves his day job but like many he looked for an outlet to have fun and keep active, AOS was his answer. Joining the AOS team after becoming certified, Salman has achieved a balance of working a day job while also staying fit and healthy and helping others to achieve the same. The difference, he says from other fitness plans is that at AOS you’re never just going through the motions, you’re targeting specific areas and building your strength. With 35 pounds lost and double the strength mentally and physically gained, Salman feels better today then he did in his thirties.
