Starting with the typical fitness routines of treadmills, spinning classes and weight lifting Sam Salman has been active for over 20 years but until recently hadn’t found the success to cure natural ailments like that of Kettlebell training. Suffering from time to time with migraines and acid reflux, Salman began working out with Mike Knight almost 2 years ago and immediately noticed a difference. A real estate builder at heart and COO of Apollo Companies, Salman loves his day job but like many he looked for an outlet to have fun and keep active, AOS was his answer. Joining the AOS team after becoming certified, Salman has achieved a balance of working a day job while also staying fit and healthy and helping others to achieve the same. The difference, he says from other fitness plans is that at AOS you’re never just going through the motions, you’re targeting specific areas and building your strength. With 35 pounds lost and double the strength mentally and physically gained, Salman feels better today then he did in his thirties. |

A practitioner for Precision Nutrition, Karla Nicol joined the Art Of Strength (AOS) team as part passion for fitness, and part educating people on healthy eating habits as well as fitness routines. A recent edition to AOS trainers, Karla first discovered her passion for this type of training after meeting lead instructor Mike Knight. There was a time when Karla felt she would never leave behind the big box gym workout, but once she tried AOS she was hooked and there was no looking back. The workouts are creative, high intensity and fun, including activities such as flipping tires, ropes gone wild, and of course kettlebells. Karla's favorite thing about AOS is the opportunity to help people improve their lives physically and mentally. For the adults in the WORK OUT LOUD program and for the kids in the PLAY OUT LOUD program, the transformations that take place in their lives when they become fit and feel good about themselves are amazing. |
